Medical Insurance procedure for expat infant not born in kuwait

Documents required:

1. Visa copy of the infant
2. Civil ID number paper taken from concerened immegration department
3. Fathers Civil ID copy
4. 30KD for one year + 1 KD for medical card

Procedure:

• Make sure you have completed the medical formalities before going to pay insurance.
• Location of the medical center at Fahaheel 
• Block 8, Fahaheel, Kuwait
• Timing: 7:30 AM to 1:00PM &4:00PM till 7:00PM
• Reach atleast 1 hour in advance
• get the first in number from the security(he will write the number on the paper to be submitted)
• Get the token number after the documets checked by officer
• wait for your turn
• pay the fees by submitting all the required documents and write you phone number on the first paper
• Get the medical insurance card

Medical formalities for the infants not born in kuwait

Procedure:

• Type the application from any typing center
• Go to the designated medical center 
• the staff nurse will check the vaccine chart and sign the application
• Put a revenue stamp for 10KD in baby's passport.
• the officer checks and issue medical report 
• Get the stamp on your baby's passport 
• the chief officer sign and stamp the back side of the original Visa 
• you can check the result from the immegration department after 3 to 4 days. And the result is available online for residency stamping.(you will not get a copy)

Documents required:

1. Filled Application from any typing center
2. Baby is passport copy
3. Fathers and mother passport copy
4. Attested Birth Certificate
5. Vaccine chart copy

Kuwait driving Licence renewal procedure

Documents required:

1. Filled Application from any typing center
2. Application has to be duly stamped and singed by company authorized signatory
3. Your Civil ID copy
4. Passport copy
5. Work permit copy
6. Copy of company Authorized signatory approved by kuwait chamber of commerce
7. Copy of your company Mandoop ID card

Procedure:

1. Go to concerned traffic dept. in Ahamdi, it is opposite to KNPC head office.
2. submit you papers for checking 
3. Checked papers will be stamped and signed by the concerned staff and return it to you.
4. Get approval from the traffic department head (he will sign & stamp it)
5. if you have valid residency less than a year. put stamp for 1 KD so that you will get licence for 1 year.
6. if you have more that one year valid residency, put stamp for 2 KD and you will get 2 year licence.
7. Now, submit the paper to counter.
8. the counter staff will check in the system whether you have any penalties/mukalafa. in case if you have any penalties, you have to pay the amount and submit the paper to counter staff.
9. Finally they will call your name once the licence card is ready.
